Policies

Standard operating procedures and customer terms for OpenClaw Ready.

1. Orders & Payment

All systems are built to order. Full payment is required at checkout before hardware is purchased or configuration begins. Once payment is processed, the Mac Mini is ordered immediately based on your selected configuration. Please review your selected specifications carefully before completing checkout.

2. Custom Hardware & No Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of hardware configuration, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the Mac Mini has been purchased from Apple. Because each system is configured specifically for you, returns are not accepted for preference-based reasons (e.g., change of mind, selecting a different configuration after purchase). If you have questions about configuration, contact us before ordering.

3. Shipping Policy

OpenClaw Ready currently ships within the United States only. Estimated fulfillment time is approximately 2 weeks from order confirmation. This includes:

  • Hardware delivery to us
  • System configuration
  • Testing
  • Outbound shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on hardware availability or carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided once your system ships.

4. 30-Day Included Support

Every system includes 30 days of email support beginning on the date of delivery. Included support covers OpenClaw Ready configuration questions, assistance with installation-related issues, and basic troubleshooting of the configured AI environment. Support is provided via email only.

5. Ongoing Support Plan

The OpenClaw Ready Support plan is optional and billed monthly unless prepaid. The Support Plan includes 24-hour email response time, assistance with OpenClaw updates (when requested), troubleshooting OpenClaw Ready configuration issues, and Ollama support (if Pro tier was purchased). Support is reactive and provided upon request. We do not proactively monitor or access your system. Remote access, if required, will only occur with your explicit permission.

6. Scope of Support

Support is limited to OpenClaw and related AI configuration issues. Support does not include general macOS troubleshooting, third-party software unrelated to OpenClaw, hardware repair issues, network/router/ISP issues, or custom development. Issues outside the scope of OpenClaw Ready configuration may require separate consultation or may not be supported.

7. Hardware Warranty

All Mac Mini hardware is covered by Apple’s standard manufacturer warranty. OpenClaw Ready is not responsible for manufacturer defects or hardware failures covered under Apple’s warranty. Customers should contact Apple directly for hardware warranty claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

OpenClaw Ready provides configuration services for OpenClaw software and related AI tooling. We are not responsible for data loss, API usage charges from third-party providers, changes in OpenClaw functionality due to upstream software updates, or service interruptions caused by third-party APIs. Use of OpenClaw Ready and related AI services is at your own discretion.

9. API & Third-Party Costs

OpenClaw may integrate with third-party AI providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic. API usage fees are billed directly by those providers and are the responsibility of the customer. The Pro tier may include local model configuration (Ollama), which can reduce API usage but does not eliminate all potential third-party costs.

10. Privacy

Your Mac Mini is owned and controlled by you. OpenClaw runs locally unless you choose to use external APIs. We do not access your system after delivery unless support is requested and explicit permission is granted. Customer information collected at checkout is used solely for order fulfillment and support purposes.
